We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return any item for any reason whatsoever (unless otherwise noted in the product description) during the first 30 days of ownership. Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation.
Refund Options:
- Store Credit: Full product value.
- Credit Card Refund: Full product value minus a 20% processing fee.
Please note: You are responsible for the return postage. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item:
- Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and your reason for the return.
- After contacting us, you'll receive an email with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and our return address.
- Please check your spam folder if you don't see an email within 1-2 business days.
- Package your order and bring it to a local shipping carrier of your choice to purchase postage.
- Do not return the item to the original "shipped from" address. Returns are sent to a separate warehouse for processing. Use the RMA number and follow the instructions provided.
- Complete the RMA form linked in your return instructions email.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your store credit or refund promptly. You’ll receive an email confirmation when this is completed!
Defective Items
Please email us and explain in detail what is wrong with the product. In your email, please send us the product name and number as well as the invoice number for your order.
If it is a physical defect in the product, please send pictures.
