We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return any item for any reason whatsoever during the first 30 days of ownership. Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation. Refunds are provided as a store credit for the full product value, or a credit card refund less 20% processing fee.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the "shipped from" address, request an RMA and follow the instructions provided. Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received.
Defective Items
Please email us at info@sextoy.com and explain in detail what is wrong with the product. In your email, please send us the product name and number as well as the invoice number for your order. If it is a physical defect in the product, please include pictures.
We will reship the item to you with haste.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Depending on your location the shipper we use may change. Typically, we use USPS and UPS for domestic shipping. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a tracking number and summary of your order to the email address you entered. If you see any problems with your order or address, immediately contact us to see if we can help reroute your package as once your product has shipped it is no longer our responsibility and you may have to contact the shipper directly if you have any questions.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do our best to verify your address, but you should double check the shipping address before you finish checkout. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns, info@sextoy.com.

Undeliverable Orders
Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you enter on your order is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee of $10 will apply for US shipping addresses.

If you would like to opt out of our newsletters and/or promotional communications, you may do so on any email you receive or email us to be removed. HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT SETTINGS?
If you have a SexToy.com account and wish to update your email address, please enter your changes in My Account. You can change your mailing and shipping address in the My Account Address book section. You can also view your existing orders in this section. Orders are assigned to the email address that you checked out under. If you placed an order as a guest and then created an account and want to link that order, please email us for instructions.

HOW DO DISCOUNTS WORK AT CHECKOUT
Our store uses Shopify’s automated discount system, which applies the best discount available to your order. If multiple discounts are available (such as a Holiday discount or a first order discount), Shopify will automatically select the one that gives you the greatest savings. Only one discount can be applied per order, and discounts cannot be combined.
WHY DIDN'T BOTH DISCOUNTS APPLY TO MY ORDER?
To ensure our customers receive the highest discount available, Shopify’s system is set up to automatically apply the best discount. This means that if more than one discount is available, only the one providing the greatest savings will be applied, and other discounts will not stack.
